I believe that offering a variety of high standard entertainments and activities is an essential part of the rich quality of life at Waterside Court. I have enjoyed many roles, progressing from care worker to a managerial position, but the experiences that I have enjoyed most have been those involved in developing warm and trusting relationships with the people that I have been privileged to support, which is why I am very excited about my role. During that time I have gained experience in Mental Health, Autism, Learning Disability and in Dementia care.
